What does this site do?
Foundation Repair Arlington TX is a free request service, not a contractor. Sending a request or calling passes your details to a local foundation repair professional. This site does not perform, supervise or vouch for any work.
Do requests create a contract?
No. Sending a request or calling is free and creates no contract. Prices, schedules, permits, warranties and the scope of any work are agreed directly between you and the professional, in writing, before work begins. Check registration and references before hiring anyone.
How accurate is the information here?
Permit and code information is general, comes from the cited public sources, and may change. It is not legal, engineering or construction advice. Confirm requirements with your city and a structural engineer.
What are the limits of liability?
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its information.
